returns and exchanges

Return policy for domestic orders:

Items must be returned unopened and unused in original condition within 7 days of receipt to receive a refund (please note that shipping costs are non-refundable). 

Personalized items can not be returned. 

Refunds will be issued for the item price on the original sales receipt and any applicable taxes to the payment method used for the original order. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please contact us immediately at info@trafalgarssquare.com if you receive a damaged or defective item and we will process a claim and/or send you a replacement. We must be informed within 48 hours of delivery of the damaged goods or we cannot process a claim.

Hold onto all packaging materials and the item until further notice. The carrier may need to inspect the package if a claim is filed. Always inspect all deliveries immediately upon arrival.
